What age division should I sign my child up for?
Softball goes by the calendar year to determine eligibility. “10U” means that the player must be 10 years old or “under” as of January 1st of that year.
Example 1: For the 24-25 season, a 10U player must be born in 2014 or later.

Where are the tryouts?
9U-14U tryouts will be held at Ron Gbur Sport Complex, 1037 N Smith St, Palatine, IL 60067
15U will be held at Birchwood Park, Field 2, 435 W Illinois Ave, Palatine, IL 60067
16U will be held at Community Park, 250 E Wood St, Palatine, IL 60067

What if I am unable to make the date of the tryout?
If you are unable to make the date of your age division tryout.  Please reach out to Ryan Cartwright, email link, and the Stingrays will work with you to get a tryout with the coach of your division.
